Hybrid Ceramic Bearing Detail:
The hybrid ceramic roller bearings have stainless steel rings and ceramic rollerss. The rings are made from AISI440C, 304 or 316 stainless steel. The ceramic rollers are made from ZrO2, Si3N4 or Sic. We can also offer our hybrid ceramic bearings with PEEK or 316 stainless steel cages.
The hybrid ceramic bearing rollerss has the advantage as below:
Self-Aligning Ceramic Bearings have high temperature resistance, low cold resistance, high-pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, but have no magnetism and power insulation and oil lubrication. They are suitable to be used in special environments where mixed ceramic ball bearings and steel bearings cannot work. With high corrosion resistance, these bearings can be used for a longer time in corrosive environments, including most acid, alkali and solvent environments.
Ceramic self-aligning bearings can withstand relatively large radial loads and are also capable of withstanding certain axial loads. It is also mainly used in misaligned bearing applications. Because of the special nature of ceramic self-aligning bearings, it is the lowest friction type of all types of bearings and can still maintain very low temperatures at very high speeds.
